Tom has been teaching group fitness classes and personal training for over twenty years. His fitness passions include kettlebells, bodyweight, and free-weights training as well as getting out there and enjoying the outdoors.

Kelly is our In-House Instructor for Mat-Based Yoga, along with our forever popular Aerial Yoga. Kelly’s priority and goal is to ensure everyone enjoys their yoga sessions, all whilst staying form-focused and making the most out of exercise through stretching and correct form.

Alongside her work here, Kelly spends her time working out of a Devonport-based small business making beautiful candles to sell!

Steven Gaunt

My passion for health and fitness began at 8 years old when I started kickboxing and fell in love with martial arts. In the following years I went on to become a junior kickboxing instructor and got a real ‘kick’ out of helping others progress their skills. My health and fitness journey hasn’t always been plain sailing, my weight has been an issue for me in the past and I have struggled with joint pain in my ankles and knees. I believe this is what drove me towards personal training and helping people along their fitness journeys. For the last 4-years I have been using my degree in sport and health science to train, coach and educate people just like you, allowing them to unlock their best selves and become independent in the gym. My expertise in weight loss, strength training, functional movement, and HIIT are the pillars of my personal training formula, along with a great sense of humour to boot. I also have qualifications in boxing, postural analysis and aww joint pain management. I would love to meet and train with you, let’s start today.
