Group Class Instructor

Alexia SC

Fitness training has always been a big part of Alexia’s Life. She loves a challenge, and this is obvious in her pursuits of mountain biking, tramping, gymnastics and just general adventuring.

Alexia is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Tried and tested in Australia, Argentina and now New Zealand.

When you walk into a training session with Alexia, You’ll be greeted by a ball of energy who’s ready to guide you towards your fitness goals. Burn and HIIT are the classes she takes.

Her focus is on full body exercises in her HIIT classes and lower body in her Burn classes. Come and have some fun, if you dare!
